Let's Dance!

Purchase Carolina Summer Swing weekend event passes, and register for competitions, add-ons and intensives, on the World Dance Registry website.  Keep your confirmation email as your receipt. You will not receive passes in the mail. Check in at the registration desk upon arrival to get your wristband.

Carolina Summer Swing is a WSDC event – points will be awarded for the J&J competitions!

Our goal is to create a comfortable and enjoyable swing dance experience. To achieve this, we are capping attendance for Carolina Summer Swing 2026 at 500 attendees. 

2026 Event Pass Options

PRE-EVENT REGISTRATION PRICING (FULL WEEKEND PASSES):  Choose ONE of the following.

To encourage a balance of leaders and followers, we are offering a special discounted COMBO pass (when a leader and follower register together) in addition to our regular passes. The COMBO feature is only for registration purposes; you are not required to compete, or otherwise exclusively dance, with your COMBO registrant in any way (unless you want to!).

Registering solo? That’s fine, too. We just ask that you select your pass according to your primary dance role.

Leader/Follower COMBO Pass1

  • Includes 2 Full Weekend Passes (1 Leader Pass + 1 Follower Pass)
  • No requirement to compete (nor be at the same WSDC level if a competitor)
  • Only one attendee (“Primary Registrant”) registers for the Combo pass
  • Register according to your primary dance role. Your Combo passholder (“Companion” attendee) will be expected to dance opposite your role
  • After Primary Registrant completes a successful Combo registration, please send an email to info@carolinasummerswing.com with the following Companion information:
    • Email must include the Subject line: “CSS’26 Combo Pass Registration”
    • Email message must include: your (“Primary Registrant”) name & dance role AND your “Companion” attendee’s name, role & email address

Solo LEADER Pass2

  • If your primary role is LEADER, please purchase your pass as a LEADER
  • Dance Role will be verified to ensure validity of pass
  • If the Leader block sells out, you can still purchase a “Full Weekend Pass” for $185 (available until we cap out our attendance at 500)

Solo FOLLOWER Pass3

  • If your primary role is FOLLOWER, please purchase your pass as a FOLLOWER
  • Dance Role will be verified to ensure validity of pass
  • If the Follower block sells out, you can still purchase a “Full Weekend Pass” for $185 (available until we cap out our attendance at 500)
  • 1LEADER/FOLLOWER COMBO PASS (1st Block) $320

    • 1st Block Release of 50 Combo passes (1 Leader pass + 1 Follower pass)
    • One person registers on behalf of both Leader and Follower
    • Available until all 50 "1st Block" passes sell out
    • Complete registration process per WDR

    We are now very close to being "Sold Out". If you are interested in attending and would like to purchase this pass, you must now contact us to confirm pass availability and to register for this pass. Once we reach fully sold-out status, we will start a waitlist.

  • ALL STAR FULL WEEKEND PASS $100

    Must be a WSDC-eligible All Star level dancer to purchase this pass. Your level will be verified at the Registration desk at check-in. You must contact us for pass availability and to register for this pass

  • INTERNATIONAL FULL WEEKEND PASS $150

    Int'l ID required at check-in. You must contact us for pass availability and to register for this pass

  • MILITARY FULL WEEKEND PASS $150

    Military ID required at check-in. You must contact us for pass availability and to register for this pass

  • STUDENT/JUNIOR FULL WEEKEND PASS $95
